For Coach Pepe and Coach Beames the idea of joining the USSSA Pride organization and coaching a Jr. Pride team started in 2016 while at the USSSA 14U World Series in Orlando.
For the 2017-2018 fastpitch season we will proudly wear the USSSA Pride colors!
We will continue to:
- Teach that hard work, passion and confidence are the only way to attack this game and life.
- Work with these young ladies on the importance of working hard and working together
- Push them outside their comfort zone to do more than they knew they were capable of.
- Develop and implement a year round training, practice and tournament schedule
- Educate and better ourselves as coaches to keep challenging them.
- Respect the game and learn how to respond to the challenges and failures.
